You shall try Blender with mecabricks. It is very easy and looks nicer than pov ray to present your beautiful models.
Very nice! You shall change the tyre material to rubber in the workshop. The Blender script includes a special material for this. Unfortunately, 3 hours for this render in x is too long for me, but the result is definitely worth it.

Just to let you know, you can re-render only part of the scene in Blender. I use this trick if I forgot something little in the scene and that I see it later.
